SHIPPING & RETURNS
Orders placed Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) with Basic Ground shipping method will be processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.
Orders submitted before 11:00am PST with Overnight or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Please note expedited shipping carriers do not deliver on Saturday and Sunday. Orders placed after 11:00am PST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day.
TRANSIT
Here are some general guidelines for transit timing once your order has shipped (exluding federal holidays):
Basic Ground: 4-8 business days for delivery
2nd Day: please allow 2-3 business days for delivery
Overnight: please allow 1-2 business days for delivery
SHIPPING
Orders shipped Basic Ground are typically shipped via FEDEX or USPS. 2nd Day and Overnight shipping are typically shipped via FedEx.
TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your order's tracking number.
RETURNS
All sales are final. Please reach out to hello@shopfillie.com if you have any questions about an item before purchasing.

Please be aware that while we ensure the utmost care in preparing your order, the handling of packages by shipping carriers is outside of our control. Consequently, we are NOT responsible for shipper-based issues including but not limited to delay, loss, or damage. We typically work with the following shippers to deliver your order.
